CHORIZO RIOJANO

From the famous region of Rioja, Riojano is made with a good deal of Spanish pimentón and garlic. Naturally air-dried. Perfect for preparing a typical Spanish dish, “patatas a la riojana”.

This sausage can be added to casseroles, meatloaf, lasagna, spaghetti.

MORCILLA DE CEBOLLA

The filling of the Onion Sausage is kept with a soft or fluid consistency, so it can be spread on slices of bread or toast, in addition to the usual forms such as fried, grilled, etc.
