SOBRASADA

Mallorcan-style sausage is a typical soft spreadable paste or pate like texture, an spectacular taste is traditionally eaten and known for it’s soft spreadable texture.

Cooking

Cut thin slices and spread on crusty bread. On bread or toast, with honey or cheese. Also can be served as a canapé or fried.

It is a cured sausage characterized by a form of “sarta” or horseshoe and its thickness , made from natural ingredients, which are lean pork, pimentón de la vera, garlic and natural sea salt.

Cooking

CHORIZO SORIA

Originated in Old Castille around Soria. Although actually a sausage, it resembles a gently seasoned, lean pork loin with a concentrated meaty taste. Air-dried for three months.

Cooking

Simply eat it sliced and in sandwiches. Try opening the bread and add slices of chorizo and fries.Children love it. Ideal for picnics.
